Description

Two out of the three songs that Final Prayer delivered for this split-CD (?Every Man My Enemy? and ?Self-Esteem Regained?) were already released on their demo tape, but personally I think that they sound much more powerful now. The new song ?Loyal To None? also sounds great. The sound of Final Prayer can be described as honest hardcore with some metal influences, so this will appeal to a large group of hardcore fans. Good music, good lyrics: I hope we haven?t heard the last of Final Prayer yet! Too bad there are only three songs on this split. Crisis Never Ends has listened very closely to Unearth, because the style of these Germans shows very much resemblance to that of the band from Massachusetts. And the one thing you have to make sure when you?re copying another band is to absolutely master that style and this is exactly what Crisis Never Ends did, because there is not much to complain about for as far as the melodic metal riffs go that make up such a huge part of their music. These three songs, which were recorded with their new singer, sound really tight. tracklist Final Prayer: 1) Every Man My Enemy 2) Self Esteem Regained 3) Loyal to none Crisis Never Ends: 4) Night of Broken Dreams 5) An Ocean of Wasted Lives 6) Words from your lying lips
